DIMINUTIVE CASKET, 16th/17th Century, probably Spanish, the domed lid enclosing single storage section, leather coated on a beech carcase, flower head studded iron strap-work throughout, retaining original lock-plate and hinges, 17cm high, 24cm wide, 16cm deep.
